لا يؤدي استخدام المنصة بحد ذاته إلى اعتماد العميل أو منتجاته أو منشآته أو نظام الجودة الخاص به.
1. Software tool
NASQ OPS is software designed to help customers organize quality-management processes, records, workflows, evidence and compliance-related information.
Use of the platform does not itself certify the customer, its products, its facilities or its quality system.
2. عدم ضمان النتيجة التنظيمية
تتخذ الجهات التنظيمية وجهات الاعتماد والمدققون والأطراف الأخرى قراراتهم بصورة مستقلة.
لا يضمن أي Mapping أو قائمة تحقق أو قالب أو تقرير أو درجة جاهزية أو حالة في النظام الحصول على موافقة أو شهادة أو تسجيل أو نتيجة تفتيش أو تدقيق أو قبول تنظيمي.
2. No guaranteed regulatory outcome
Regulatory authorities, certification bodies, auditors and other third parties make independent decisions.
No mapping, checklist, template, report, readiness score or system status guarantees approval, certification, registration, inspection outcome, audit result or regulatory acceptance.
3. تحقق العميل والمستشارون
على العميل التحقق من ملاءمة المعايير واللوائح ومتطلبات الجهات والإجراءات والنماذج وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية والسجلات والروابط المختارة لطبيعة قطاعه ومنتجاته وأسواقه ومواقعه والتزاماته.
عند الحاجة إلى استشارة قانونية أو تنظيمية أو سريرية أو ضريبية أو محاسبية أو خدمات تحقق أو اعتماد مهنية، ينبغي الرجوع إلى مستشارين مؤهلين.
3. Customer verification and advisers
Customers should verify that selected standards, regulations, authority requirements, procedures, forms, SOPs, records and mappings are appropriate for their industry, products, markets, sites and obligations.
Where professional legal, regulatory, clinical, tax, accounting, validation or certification advice is required, the customer should obtain it from appropriately qualified advisers.

4. Third-party services
Some features may depend on third-party cloud infrastructure, payment gateways, email providers, identity services or other external systems. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers.
